Alexa top 100 domains exposed
Finjan is reporting to have found almost 9,000 stolen ftp passwords belonging to many high profile sites. Over 10% of Alexa's top 100 domains login credentials are exposed. Most of the domains belong to organizations in the United States. Also found was a trading application that assigns a quality score and ultimately a price to each username and password available. Login credentials are stolen by appending an HTML iframe tag onto the target site. Government websites hosting similar malicious code on their websites were identified. One example was a website belonging to a State Superior court. Finjan is offering to identify if your website appears in this database by filling out this form.
